What You’ll Do

In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality customer experience through every interaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring smooth operations at the retail point of sale. You’ll assist in packaging, bagging, restocking, and labeling products, as well as supporting warehouse operations as needed. By maintaining a clean and organized workspace, both indoors and outdoors, you’ll demonstrate pride and accountability in your work. Your commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile will create a positive experience for our customers and reinforce our promise to deliver with integrity.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who approaches every aspect of the role with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and maintain a professional and polite demeanor that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. Flexibility in working hours, including weekdays and weekends, is essential.

You’ll Also Need

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse support is an asset

  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong team and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and cash handling

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

  • Bilingualism is an asset (not a requirement)

  • Forklift training is an asset (not required)
