Why join us
Get ready to Own your purpose as a Quality Assurance Manager at Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company. Join a mission driven team that safeguards feed safety, elevates quality culture, and powers innovation across our operations - helping us Feed the Future responsibly and sustainably.

At Nutrimin (Trouw Nutrition Denmark), you will help ensure that our products meet Nutreco’s high standards for feed safety, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. Working with the Quality ECA (Europe & Central Asia) Team, you will align local practices with global quality frameworks, maintain key certifications, and support internal, customer, and quality and feed safety audits.

This is a dynamic, hands on environment where your expertise directly supports sustainable and safe food production.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will be the key driver of quality and feed safety at our Denmark site. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and further develop local quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and external quality and feed safety requirements.

  • Conduct internal audits, supplier assessments, and manage certification body interactions to maintain and strengthen our compliance posture.

  • Manage customer complaints, nonconformities, and CAPAs, using data insights to identify trends and implement preventive actions.

  • Support regulatory compliance by maintaining permits, preparing for inspections, and enabling product registrations when applicable.

  • Deliver quality training programs to raise feed safety awareness and strengthen quality culture across departments.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, brings expertise, and thrives in a collaborative, cross functional environment. Someone who is passionate about quality, analytical in their approach, and comfortable balancing independence with teamwork.

You’ll need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar quality, compliance, or feed/food safety role

  • Experience working in feed, food, chemistry, or pharmaceutical production environments, with solid understanding of relevant quality and safety practices

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI is a plus

  • Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and engage colleagues

  • High attention to detail with solid data analysis capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment
