What you’ll do
You’ll lead the shrimp feed portfolio end-to-end: define segment-based product plans, build and maintain the product roadmap, and steer products through ideation, development, launch, improvement, and phase-out. You’ll monitor the market through customer visits and competitor intelligence, translate insights into clear value propositions and product requirements, and coordinate product validation trials with internal stakeholders. You’ll also enable commercial success by supporting Sales and Marketing with training, tools, and product communication that is consistent across packaging, materials, and messaging.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with strong shrimp market and product knowledge who can connect technical performance with customer needs and commercial goals. You’re customer-focused and proactive, comfortable engaging key stakeholders (customers, distributors, and KOLs), and able to communicate product features, benefits, and solutions clearly in the field and in presentations. You work in a structured way, manage execution with drive and results orientation, and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Quality, Operations, and Formulation teams.

Product Ownership
Maintain comprehensive dossiers for each product, including PDS, sales presentations, brochures, leaflets, USPs, and field trial performance data.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and update promotional and advertising materials.
Support the management of customer complaints in coordination with Quality and Sales teams.
Work with Operations, Formulation, and QC to monitor product quality and track necessary improvements.
Product R&D and Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle: ideation, development, commercialization, improvement, and phase-out.
Propose innovations, initiate new product development, and define product specifications in alignment with market needs and strategy.
Coordinate product validation trials with the Validation Farm Manager, ensuring accurate performance assessment.
Participate in projects aimed at strengthening sales, customer value, and service offerings.
Product Sales Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from the sales team and customers.
Deliver structured training programs to strengthen the commercial team’s product knowledge and communication capabilities.
Conduct regular field visits with the commercial team to support client management and distributor engagement.
Collect and consolidate harvest results and product performance data with the Sales team.
Act as the bridge between customer needs and the optimal use of Skretting products and services.
Market Intelligence
Gather and maintain competitor intelligence: technical comparisons, SWOT analyses, pricing benchmarks, and marketing activities.
Provide the commercial and technical teams with updated information on market trends, new technologies, and industry developments.
Identify, evaluate, and assess new market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Communication & Branding
Develop and execute product communication and branding plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Create standard product presentations, visuals, and technical content together with the Marketing team.
Participate in customer events, seminars, workshops, and internal training sessions to promote products and reinforce brand visibility.
