What you'll do

Helping to build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal, you'll be responsible for learning and applying the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility, developing your leadership capability across real operational challenges, and gaining end-to-end experience of a production environment. You'll also rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day-to-day operational excellence.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the drive and potential to lead others and inspire respect through your actions. You'll bring a proven track record in leadership and a solid background in production or manufacturing environments.

You'll also need:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position

• At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company

• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard)

• Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal
