Role: Bagger/ Housekeeper (Part Time)

Location: 36 Grant Street, Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0

Compensation: $18/hour

Hours/Shift: Monday to Friday after school hours, approx 15 to 20 hours a week

What you’ll do

• Help maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our facility and do some bagging duties as well. We provide hands-on training to learn various tasks and positions in the plant.

• Safety first – ongoing safety training is provided. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Clean and maintain the facility according to housekeeping standards.

• Crosstrain in the bagging role and provide coverage for team members.

• Comply with safety training and protocols to minimize incidents.

• Assist in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality.

• Support continuous improvement projects and perform other duties as needed.

Who we’re looking for

• Available to work part-time, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg, as well as bending, twisting, and occasionally working at heights.

• Forklift experience is considered an asset.

• Willingness to learn and be trained across a variety of plant tasks.

• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Flexible and adaptable in supporting both housekeeping and bagging operations.
