Job Description

As Global Quality Manager- Risk Management & Nutrace, you will own and shape how Nutreco drives excellence in quality risk management and internal standards (Nutrace) across our global operations. This is your opportunity to influence how we safeguard food safety, ensure compliance, and continuously improve quality processes at scale making a real impact across the value chain.

What you’ll do
In this strategic role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve Nutreco’s quality risk management and Nutrace framework to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across all markets:

  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve global standards, processes, and tools related to risk-based quality management and Nutrace
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the global Quality strategy, roadmap, and priorities
  • Drive consistent implementation and compliance of Nutrace across OpCos
  • Conduct assessments of system compliance and effectiveness, identifying and closing gaps
  • Safeguard adherence to internal standards, external certifications, and food safety regulations
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and communication plans (e.g., Quality campaigns, Nutrace rollout)
  • Translate complex quality processes into practical, user-friendly workflows within IT systems
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during incidents, crisis situations, and root cause analysis
  • Strengthen customer feedback management processes and continuous improvement practices
  • Review root cause analyses and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Collaborate with SMEs and OpCo stakeholders to improve problem-solving standards
  • Develop dashboards and performance insights (e.g., Power BI) to monitor effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide reporting and insights to management to support decision-making and commercial strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and One Data

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is ready to Own global quality risk management and Nutrace excellence—someone who combines strong expertise with the ability to influence, communicate, and drive change across a complex global organization.
You bring:

  • Strong experience in Quality Management, ideally in food/feed, animal nutrition, or related industries
  • Solid knowledge of risk-based quality processes, food safety standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in customer feedback management, problem solving, and crisis management
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical processes, digital workflows, and scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data, dashboards, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
