  • Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders

  • Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia

  • Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions

  • Drive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working

  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes

Who we’re looking for

  • Basic to intermediate level of English

  • Ability to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholders

  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and other data analysis tools

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business dynamics

  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams

In addition, you'll receive:

  • A competitive salary package

  • 26 vacation days + flexibility
