What you will do

You will lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards.

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project execution.

• Create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance structures.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.

• Provide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and successful handover to the business.

• Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.

• Promote collaboration, engagement, and accountability across project teams.

• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.

What you bring

• University degree in Engineering

• Proven experience managing projects in areas such as Operations, Engineering, Business Development, IT, Finance, HR, or similar.

• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
