What You'll Do

As a Truck Driver II, you will safely transport and deliver finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and other products between company locations, suppliers, and customers. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, verifying shipping documentation, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safe driving practices, and maintaining equipment in excellent operating condition.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused transportation professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, can manage competing priorities on delivery routes, and values accuracy when handling documentation and customer deliveries. Experience operating commercial vehicles and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential for success in this role.

You'll Also Need

• Valid commercial driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and road laws
• Ability to load, unload, and secure cargo safely
• Strong attention to detail when completing shipping and delivery documentation
• Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
