What could your future role involve?

• Leading manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost targets are achieved.
• Managing production, maintenance, and operational performance within a manufacturing site.
• Developing and coaching teams to drive engagement and high performance.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in plant management, production management, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the feed, food, agricultural, or related manufacturing industries will be highly valued.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Fluent English is required, as the entire selection process, including interviews, will be conducted in English.
• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
