As the Young Professional Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and evolving our Global Supply Chain Young Professional Program (YPP). This role is critical in shaping the future of our supply chain talent pipeline, ensuring that our young professionals are well-prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow. You will oversee the program’s development, manage key activities such as Academy Weeks and Rotations, and drive continuous improvement to enhance its impact. This role is highly visible and offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with top leadership and various stakeholders across the organization.

About Young Professional Program Manager 
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Young Professional Program, including planning, organizing, and executing program activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to Young Professionals within the program.
  • Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate the three Academy Weeks.
  • Manage compliance-related activities around the international rotation together with our international mobility team.

    
Skills and Expertise 
Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, coaching, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in guiding and developing Young Professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
