Responsible for the management, execution and follow-up of global L&D and Talent development programs. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skills and competencies of employees through innovative and effective training initiatives. The role involves promoting and coordinating L&D activities through various communication channels, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The scope also involves occasionally updating global learning contents in e-learning format.
The Learning & Development Specialist will report to the L&D Manager and will work closely together with the Global Talent CoE team, HR teams in all Business Units and other functions, ensuring effective planning, coordination, communication, execution, as well as L&D processes performed in Workday. The Learning & Development Specialist also plays an active role in the SHV L&D community
About The Role
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, coordination and delivery of global talent development programs for early career successors (JUMP) and top potentials (SOAR).
Coordinate the Management Essentials program (SHV) effectively, providing necessary support and resources to participants.
Coordinate enrolments, manage attendance and follow-up communications for Adaptfy Digital Academy and other digital transformation programs.
Organize and promote Development Month activities in September and October, driving high participation and impactful learning outcomes.
Develop and execute communication strategies to promote existing and upcoming global learning and development programs.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D within Benelux region or in The Netherlands. Global or regional experience is a plus.
Proven track record of designing and coordinating/implementing successful blended L&D and Talent programs.
Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus, but not strictly required
Advanced proficiency in English and Dutch is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Expectation from Role:
Implement mechanisms to track and measure the effectiveness of several and varied L&D and talent development programs, using data to inform continuous improvement.
The role holder will work closely with all relevant stakeholders, focusing on global talent development programs like JUMP, SOAR, Management Essentials, Adaptfy Digital Academy, and others.
