Job Description

Why Join Us
Own your development at Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company. As a community full of curious colleagues, we work together to try new things and share innovative ideas. Focused on our purpose of Feeding the Future, we operate with trust and respect to create positive outcomes and transform lives. Join us as a Global Product Manager – Feed Safety (Mold & Yeast), and let’s enjoy pioneering success together.

As part of the Global Product Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our Mold and Yeast Mitigation solutions, which is an essential pillar of Trouw Nutrition’s Feed Safety and Feed Mill Efficiency Program. You’ll be the driving force behind a diverse portfolio of products used to control mold and yeast during the animal feed mixing process.

You’ll collaborate closely with technical specialists, quality control, operations, supply chain, and R&D to deliver innovative, effective solutions for both feed and pet segments. By advising customers and colleagues on best practices, leading product trainings, and supporting the adoption of advanced dosing equipment, you’ll help ensure measurable improvements in feed safety and efficiency. Your expertise in lifecycle management, product launches, and customer engagement will make you a key contributor to our mission: preventing mold and yeast risks and promoting optimal feed health worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the global marketing strategy for the mold and yeast control portfolio and ensure strong implementation.

  • Manage brand guidelines, product specifications, and drive portfolio innovation and lifecycle management.

  • Oversee the product validation program and communicate key trial outcomes that demonstrate performance and ROI.

  • Lead the global product registration roadmap together with Regulatory Affairs.

  • Champion product quality, safety, and traceability in partnership with Quality and Supply Chain teams.

  • Support production footprint decisions to ensure availability and cost‑efficient manufacturing.

  • Create and deliver technical and marketing materials, product promotions, trainings, and customer engagement.

  • Ensure consistent global product messaging and clear value propositions across markets and species.

  • Build strong product understanding within commercial teams through training and positioning support.

  • Contribute to pricing and value‑capture strategies with the Global Pricing Team and Category Director.

Who We’re Looking For

  • MSc in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, or similar (MBA a plus)

  • 10+ years’ relevant industry experience, including 5+ in product management (preferably feed additives or feed safety)

  • Ideally experience with feed additive applications, liquid dosing, or organic acids

  • Strong project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset

  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)

What You’ll Receive

At Trouw Nutrition, you’ll be a member of Nutreco and the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with a global footprint. Join us and you’ll gain access to a wide network of expertise and global career paths, backed by one of the world’s largest privately owned businesses, known for its stability and long-term focus.

You’ll also get:

  • Pension scheme

  • 30 vacation days, with the option to purchase up to 5 more

  • Flexible work environment with the option to work from home 2 days per week

  • Opportunities for further learning and professional development within Nutreco
