What you'll do  

  • Systematically collect industry trends and competitor insights, integrate customer feedback, and collaborate with the global R&D team to drive NIR model optimization and validation testing, enhancing data matching efficiency and prediction accuracy.  
  • Be responsible for the installation, debugging, training, calibration, and maintenance of NIR spectrometers and mycotoxin detectors, ensuring stable operation of customer equipment.  
  • Extract and refine database application cases, uncover data value, and contribute to the improvement of technical materials (manuals, solution guides, videos, etc.) and market promotion activities.  
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, providing on-site or remote technical support including sample handling guidance, spectral collection optimization, and interpretation of abnormal results, while delivering customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for  
We are looking for a responsible and accountable professional who is ready to Own this role. You should be meticulous, possess strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, and be willing to undertake short-term business trips.

You will also need 

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Analysis, Bioengineering, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Nutrition, Feed Science, Food Inspection, or a related field.  
  • Proficiency in operating common NIR equipment (e.g., FOSS, Bruker) and wet chemistry analysis instruments, with experience in NIR spectral database development and maintenance.  
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.  
  • Proficiency in Office software and data analysis tools.
