Role: Poultry Sales Representative 

Location: Primary for South London, ON and the surrounding area. However, we are always open to candidates from other territories for the right fit. This is a Remote role

Hours/Shift: 37.5/week

What you’ll do 

As a Poultry Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of driving sales and building lasting customer relationships by delivering tailored on-farm feed solutions. Through proactive consultations and science-based nutrition strategies, you’ll empower producers to achieve their goals while ensuring our business growth. By owning every interaction and outcome, you’ll be the trusted partner who turns challenges into opportunities and delivers value with confidence and accountability.

Who we’re looking for 

We’re looking for someone who owns every opportunity to connect with producers and make an impact. Whether you grew up on a farm or worked summers in ag, your drive and people skills will set you apart. You’ll take responsibility for building lasting relationships, consulting on feed needs, and collaborating across teams to deliver the Right Feed, Right Place, Right Time. With Trouw Nutrition growing in Southwestern and Central Ontario, this is your chance to own your territory, embrace the backroads, and turn challenges into results that matter.

You’ll also need

  • Post-secondary education in agriculture is an asset but not required. Will consider experience and education combination. Agriculture knowledge is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills
  • Having superior customer focus and ability to follow-up while aligning with internal processes and procedures
  • High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role
  • Ability to travel to customers and attend sales events
  • Go-getter who isn’t afraid to drive down a laneway and knock on doors.
