What you’ll do
In this role, you will own your impact by leading the day‑to‑day operations of Warehouses 1 and 2, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of livestock feed and pet food products. You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and dock activity to support reliable, on‑time fulfillment for our customers. You will supervise a team of eight employees, build strong daily management routines, reinforce our safety and quality‑first culture, and support continuous improvement across warehouse performance. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management, you will help optimize inventory rotation and warehouse utilization through disciplined planning and proactive coordination. This role also partners with Customer Service to maintain smooth order allocation and excellent product availability. Your leadership will help uphold the high operational standards that keep our customers confident in the quality, traceability, and reliability of our products.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a strong warehouse leader ready to Own your goals by bringing structure, stability, and people‑focused leadership to a team currently undergoing change. With long‑serving supervisors retiring, you will play a critical role in guiding the team through transition—leveraging your experience in warehouse management, personnel supervision, and change management to build trust, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You are process‑focused, resilient, collaborative, and ready to influence positive change in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
You’ll also need
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse management or CPG‑related warehousing
- Experience supervising staff and leading teams
- Strong change‑management capabilities
- Experience working with livestock feed, pet food, or similar regulated warehousing (nice to have)
- Technical skills in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications
- Proven software/system literacy and accuracy in data recording
- Core competencies: process focus, people leadership, Problem‑solving, collaboration, adaptability
