Why join us

Get ready to Own your ideas as an EAI Developer at Nutreco, an SHV company. As global leaders in animal nutrition and aquafeed, our shared purpose of Feeding the Future is making a positive global impact for generations to come. Join a forward‑thinking, innovative environment where your expertise directly supports business continuity, scalability, and collaboration across regions. What you’ll do

In this role, you will own the reliability and evolution of Nutreco’s global integration landscape, ensuring that systems work together efficiently for internal users and external partners. You’ll design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Microsoft Azure technologies, support BizTalk 2016 and Azure Integration Services, and contribute in an agile way of working. Acting as a technical partner to stakeholders across all organizational levels, you’ll translate business requirements into scalable solutions, provide technical leadership within the team, and support global operations across North American time zones.

Who we’re looking for

You are a proactive, analytical, and collaborative EAI Developer who thrives in complex, global environments. You own your solutions end‑to‑end, communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and adapt easily to changing priorities. With a strong problem‑solving mindset and hands‑on approach, you’re comfortable working independently while also influencing and supporting other developers. You’re energized by building robust integrations that enable business success at scale.

You’ll also need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
(Degrees in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering with relevant integration experience will also be considered)
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and system integration
  • Strong experience designing and developing integrations using the Microsoft Azure suite
  • Experience supporting BizTalk 2016 and Azure Integration Services
  • Experience creating and maintaining web services and APIs for internal and external applications
  • Experience working in agile development environments (preferred)
  • AZ‑204 certification or related Azure certification (an asset)
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, solution‑oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Willingness and ability to support stakeholders across North American time zones

What you’ll receive

As part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with a global footprint. Join us and you’ll gain access to a wide network of expertise and global career paths. You’ll also benefit from the backing of one of the world’s largest privately owned businesses, known for its stability and long‑term focus.

In addition, you’ll receive:

  • Robust pension plan with employer matching that begins on Day 1

  • Competitive health benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA – starting on Day 1

  • Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage and a mental health spending allowance

  • Maternal top‑up and tuition reimbursement
