What you’ll do
As part of Trouw Nutrition’s Global Operational Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our global brand to life. You will:

  • Support the development and roll-out of Trouw Nutrition’s global brand strategy, aligned with strategic species and category priorities.
  • Partner closely with external agencies to develop brand guidelines, enablement toolkits, and high-impact brand assets.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure global alignment while capturing relevant local insights.
  • Define clear brand KPIs, support global rollouts, and report on successes and key learning points.
  • Manage brand implementation timelines, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging brand communication across the organization.
  • Contribute to the adaptation and activation of branding updates across business units and internal platforms, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
  • Budget and performance management 

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and ready to Own this role. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and feel comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B branding or strategic marketing
  • A strong understanding of global brand planning and its connection to business goals
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for tone and consistency
  • Experience working with cross-functional, international stakeholders and external agencies
  • A creative, flexible mindset with strong project and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will help you hit the ground running.
