As a Corporate Accounting & Reporting Specialist within the Corporate Finance Control team, you will ensure accurate accounting and reporting of consolidated financial information. You will provide insights into the financial position of Nutreco and its business units for senior management, SHV, and other stakeholders. In this globally connected role, you will collaborate daily with local controllers, business units and corporate functions worldwide, guiding them on complex accounting and financial reporting questions.

  • Providing insights into the company's performance with periodic and ad-hoc management reporting;

  • Analysis of periodic figures in the consolidation system (OneStream and SAP) and local system (Infor-M3);

  • Manage and deliver annual statutory reports (based on IFRS) and involvement in the hard-close and year-end audit processes;

  • Periodic and year-end reporting of the group’s results and financial position to our shareholder, SHV;

  • Analysing new developments in relevant reporting laws and regulations (i.e., IFRS 18, XBRL-reporting). Offering internal advice on the impact of new regulations and ensuring this is applied in the financial administration and financial statements;

  • Advising group companies on performing key financial controls to ensure an appropriate control environment and proper financial reporting;

  • Contributing to the implementation of the new CSRD directive.

Who we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree plus CPA/RA (or equivalent).

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Financial Audit or Group Reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with IFRS.

  • Ability to translate complex accounting topics into clear, practical guidance.

  • Proven project‑management track record.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

What you’ll receive

  • A full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week) in an international, dynamic environment.

  • Competitive remuneration package with a good pension scheme.

  • 30 vacation days, with the option to sell or purchase a limited number of days.

  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nutreco and the broader SHV Group.

  • Flexible work environment with the option to work from home several days per week.
