What you’ll do

Helping to support strategy development across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent. You’ll also lead data-driven hiring improvements and contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring an efficient and inclusive hiring process

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders (including HRBP, C&B, HR Services) to define hiring needs and advise on best practices

  • Build and engage diverse talent pipelines, including passive candidates, to meet current and future business needs

  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, quality of hire) to continuously improve hiring strategies

  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing and external partners

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement

  • Train and guide hiring managers and interview panels to ensure consistency, quality, and unbiased hiring decisions

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive effective hiring decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You’ll also need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment and employer branding

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working with recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions

  • A solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
