What are you going to do?
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you are part of the Centre of Excellence Reward & Global Mobility of Nutreco. You will be integral in all aspects of international mobility, including international compensation, benefits, taxation, immigration, and relocation and will work with finance, management and the HR community to ensure high-quality service.
The Global Mobility Specialist is part of the Global HR team, contributing to the overall HR strategy and HR programs. You will manage the end-to-end international relocation process for employees and provide advice on all aspects around the international mobility lifecycle.
You manage the day-to-day follow-up and administration of the international mobility program. This includes the design, advice and expertise on all international relocations. The international mobility program contains international assignments, cross-country transfers, remote working, commuting and business travel.
In this position you will closely work together with the Global Mobility Manager and report to the Global Rewards Manager. You will be based in either the Amersfoort office or the Boxmeer office.
Key Accountabilities:
· Deploy and maintain the international mobility policies, framework and processes.
· Coordinate and execute international assignments, including cost projections for compensation and relocation packages and in-depth policy counselling for assignees and other stakeholders.
· Administer and monitor all in- and outsourced services and activities throughout the lifecycle of international relocations (immigration, removal, accommodation, payroll coordination, incl. assisting in tax and social security topics, insurances, children’s education and family support).
· Manage all compliance related activities around international mobility.
· Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate the delivery of services.
· Closely collaborate with the regional HR Services Partners involved in international mobility.
· Be actively involved in travel (security) management, follow-up travel (security) issues and questions and monitor in case of country alerts.
· Supporting a broad range of projects and initiatives to further professionalize our Centre of Excellence Reward & Global Mobility.

What we ask
To succeed in this role, you need to be pro-active and have knowledge about social security, tax, labour law and immigration. You understand cultural differences, have strong communication skills and are easily able to switch between different knowledge levels & perspectives. You are aware of best practices on the topic and know how to fulfil the demand of the various stakeholders.
What you bring.
· You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other relevant field.
· 3+ years relevant experience in international organization.
· Strong in negotiations and active stakeholder management on all organizational levels
· Great communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
· Pro-active and quality driven attitude
· Fluent in English
