KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES
NutriOpt Components:
- Lead cross-species digital application knowledge and support.
- Collaborate on NutriOpt projects with key stakeholders.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and document BU NA projects for global or local prioritization.
- Cultivate a project management culture within NutriOpt.
Connectivity:
- Align with BU NA Digital Strategy for timely project completion.
- Manage the Connectivity project portfolio with key teams.
- Apply Stage-Gate project management methodology.
- Develop business cases for project prioritization.
Species-oriented, Business-oriented:
- Advocate for customer-focused culture, driving impact and value.
- Drive species-oriented digital strategies aligned with BU NA's goals.
- Develop impactful business cases delivering customer value.
- Lead key projects and mentor other leaders, fostering change within the organization.
Digitally Enabled Learning:
- Lead e-learning team, shaping curriculum to support our digital agenda.
- Collaborate with Directors of Technology Application for certificate programs.
- Efficiently allocate resources for e-learning development.
- Foster cross-pillar collaboration on educational needs, aligning with Global Learning Manager.

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of proven success in delivering customer-facing digital projects.
- Project management experience, certification advantageous.
Technical expertise
- Change management training is preferred; certification a plus.
- AI expertise is advantageous. Experience as an AI prompter is a plus.
- Preferred industry background in technology, digital applications, and strategic business growth.
Leadership
- Strong leadership, people management, and time management skills.
- Cross-cultural adaptability. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Track record of shaping organizational culture. Curiosity and awareness of emerging digital trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English required; French proficiency is an asset.
